Multiple models and strategies are used to conduct
in vivo target validation programs

In order to obtain the most predictible information for human use, we developed a multilayer target validation process using complementary tools such as protein-KO (a proprietary technology), viral overexpression of shRNA or cDNA, recombinant protein delivery. The studies are conducted in the most informative models and species directly in adult in vivo models avoiding compensatory effect observed with the genetic-KO.
